This is the best coloring book I have ever owned. I love it. Can you come out with a cult leader one next? Jim Jones, Manson, Heavens Gate,etc... please? Richard Ramirez is my favorite. I would buy again

This coloring book is amazing! Even though I know my serial killers pretty well, but when I Googled each person they are pretty much identical. I am so satisfied with this and there is no doubt about it if K. Schroeder ever makes another one I will definitely buy it and everyone after that! I bought another serial killer coloring book( serial killer coloring by: M. Cryptkeeper) and I was disappointed the images on that one looked so juvenile I was almost regretting I had another one coming. I will upload a few photos of the pages in that book just so you will be able to see how amazing this book actually is.But as soon as I opened the pages of this book, it felt like Christmas to me! I can not wait until my new color pencils come in so I can bring these pages to life!***Regarding the last two photos of Ed Gein. The book I was unsatisfied with is the first picture (the same as on the cover) and the second Ed Gein photo is from this book! The difference is night and day. If you are a true crime junkie like me I can promise you that you will NOT be disappointed. Plus the price was amazing as well!

 Exactly what I expected to get! Very nice paper and the backs of each picture are blank so you can rip them out or use markers without worrying about them bleeding through if you want to!

Fairly good renderings, but has several spelling errors, Dennis Rader is spelled "raider," instead of quiet over waneta Hoyt (which would make sense) it says quite! Zodiac is spelled zodiac.

I ordered this quite a while back before the descriptions said that they now had a newer version with corrected spelling errors. So, I ordered another one so that I could have once of each, but received another one with the same errors in it.I love the book, the art, and the style, but I was very disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered after handing my money over twice. I would still recommend it to people who aren't sticklers for spelling errors, but if those things matter, you may or may not get the updated version. I did not. :-(

All the pages are single sided, so you can color each one with markers if you want. My one small beef isn't with the quality or anything like that. It's that Lizzie Borden is included. She was not a serial killer, in fact she was found not guilty so technically not a killer at all. It always irritates me when she's included in lists of serial killers.

Well, one has to tread softly here! Mr Clemente is obviously very sensitive to criticism and why not? He has written a great book , beset with a minefield of difficulties, and we , the readers, come out of the woodwork to criticise it!OK, here goes. The strengths of the book are many. It is wonderful to read the stories of these groups from out of the mouths (almost literally of "The Babes") who made them. The discographies allow one to trace lesser know but wonderful tracks from groups which maybe had only one or two hits. My favourites were always the groups with lead singers whose voices were almost, but not quite, like chalk on a blackboard. Maybe, in reverse order, The Angels, Chiffons, Reperata and, all time glass breaking champs, The Shangri Las. You can find wonderful non-hits by all these three from this book. Try turning your modern speakers full on for Till by the Angels or Maybe by the ShangriLas and putting a glass by the speaker!So what is wrong? For a start the book is not helped at all by some of the gushing reviews. This wasn't an era where the singing was all that mattered. Even in the UK at the time a top five hit meant a million sales. A million! Now it can be as few as 20,000. So this is a period of money making record labels , managers, composers, promoters..all trying to pretty well steal the pot of gold from which often little or nothing filtered to the artists. It is no good trying to describe this as a golden age except for payola and theft!Then Mr Clemente is not helped by his editors , lay out staff etc at the publishers who have produced a book that often seems to have been mimeographed !Then onto the "Just can't win" section discussed by Mr Clemente in his introduction. Should he have fixed a period of study (say 50s and 60s) or allowed it to extend onwards....? Should it be all American or should British Invasion groups such as the...er...Australian led Seekers or the Middle of the Road have been in? And what about solo artists whose sound was solidly that of a group? Such as Dee Dee Sharpe or Jackie de Shannon..Or groups that appeared to have just a solo singer such as the very wonderful Rosie and the Originals? Then the writer is great about who did what to whom and when at Philles records but this means no separate entry for Bob B.Soxx and the Blue Jeans and no mention for Bonnie and the Treasures. What to do about songs recorded by two sets of artists? So Hold Back the Light of Dawn (angst of the very best sort) was recorded by a group The Tammys and by Bernadette Carroll ,as a solo artist (not in the Angels discography here)..yet both sound almost the same and neither is in the book...Other critics have mentioned groups not included (yes, I know this could have been a 4" wide encyclopedia) and I wonder why Cathy and the Innocents could not have been included. This whole paragraph, plus every entry being approved by the artist shows the writer in a straightforward 'Can't Win' situation.;damned if he does and damned if he doesn't !My own feelings is that Mr Clemente should have stuck strictly to the 50s and 60s, probably leaving Motown records to their own book (now there is a basic prejudice of mine!). Also I think he was quite right to leave out non American groups. Pre Beatles, UK girl groups were often awful,awful, awful, sounding like an elocution lesson!But notice how this wonderful US art form influenced the British Invasion (as you call it in the US). Groups working out of Liverpool and Germany had access to some of these records not readily available in the UK and did their own takes on these songs. eg the Beatles' Baby Its You, The Searchers' Oh My Lover. The rest is history....

If you love sci fi stories that play on the concept of character in different ways, then this is a great series for you. Having finished this last book in the series (to date), I am impressed with the author's ability to write a well conceived plot about a man who displays character (in the ethical sense) while at his most irreverent misadventures...thereby calling into question what defines a man's character.Making the series even more enjoyable are the impish flaws of McGill's personality, which make each book a much more entertaining journey than can be captured by this review. His character portrayal is at times antisocial, other times narcissistic, but always with the best of intentions...leading the reader to ponder on the concept that it is not our faults which define us, but rather what we do with them that gets us ahead...and McGill's smart character does a lot.While some of the characters' names resemble their less heralded attributes (eg. Claver is too clever for his own good, Graves is too grave to dance with the other schemers in the books, yet all the women in the books have proper names), this did not come across as a tacky pun but rather read consistent with McGills personality and thereby added style, intentional or not.Overall, I found that behind this series' lighthearted facade and romp through sci fi oriented creativity, it also whispers quiet questions to the reader about the nature of character (in the ethical sense), character (in the personality sense), and character (in the development of a style sense). Forgive me if my writing style is thick, I do not have Mr. Larson's playful imaginings...and my estimation of this series is that there is much more to it than meets the eye because his writing is pleasantly understated. Thank you for both a truly enjoyable read, and a subtle gym time for the brain - I enjoyed it thoroughly.Regarding future books, I could see McGill saving the world producing the regeneration machines from annihilation in the galactic wars...and thereby saving Varus, elevating Earth, and providing some good but sloppy times on yet another world in preparation for dealing with the Core Worlds later on...but given what I have read so far, Mr. Larson has the talent to turn vegetables into a controlling command force...I have no doubt that where he takes his readers next will be far better than this musing. I hope he continues this series, as it is a delightful read with swashbuckling adventures...and then some.

The Undying Mercenary series, book 5- Home WorldI love this series! This latest book #5 was no exception. In this story, the world threatened (as you can tell by the title) is the characters actual home world which happens to be Earth. The main character, James McGill manages to get himself into more trouble while trying to do the right thing; in this case saving Earth. His domestic troubles are placed on a back burner but he still has decisions to make. His friends and partners in crime are there through out: fighting, dying, and rebirthing to fight again. And then, of course, there's Turov. This character is one that you find yourself loving to hate. She's diabolical, power hungry, and totally out for number one--herself at any, everyone and everything costs. The question is will she sacrifice Earth and the human species for her power grab to the top?I really like the storyline and that the action takes place on different worlds, yet the drama is an ongoing battle of wills back home on Earth in politics, and personal relationships.The one thing I wish the author could do, would be to change things up a bit. The plots, challenges and dynamics seem to be a little bit of the same old thing. Idk how you can change it up (my brain does not work in a writer's world) but it definitely needs it. But I don't want you to change it in a way that kills off his friends. THAT would honk me off, for sure! ;) the one thing that seems a little far fetched is how Turov can continue to hold her power position after all that she's done and been caught red handed doing against the working of her own military bosses, the government, the council and humans in general. I'd like to see a storyline that's a little more on the believable side. ;);) good luck with that! Lol*** spoiler alert---[I'm excited for book #6 because James's family dynamics have changed and that will be fun to watch. ]***Well written and editedAdult read d/t sexual content and battle violence.Series: The author indicates there will be a book 6.Book cover: I liked this one. I definitely like the color choices and I think it's cool to see the ships on the cover because it gives us a visual picture to go along with the written word. This ship is exceptionally cool looking. :)

He disregards orders and sticks to his own code, which includes equal portions of animal cunning, libido, and ferocity. His principles are fairly admirable, and all in all he comes across as sort of a fierce Andy Griffith in space -- his cornpone manner usually leading others to miscalculate his next moves.The cast of characters is the same and stays true to what we already know of them, and the revival machines are given a good workout. As the title suggests, war comes to Earth and teleportation suits are introduced, making things even more complicated than usual. Although McGill is now an Adjunct, the most junior officer rank, he still operates with his old team or even independently.This is a very good series, with action and a kind of dark humor propelling stories of humanity's effort to find a way to survive in a universe populated by older, more technologically advanced alien races who use genocide as a routine tool to enforce their frequently unfair laws. I have enjoyed every book in the series.

Probably the best story of the Undying Mercenaries series, full of action, plot twists, action, revelations and more action. The character has matured and his behavior has changed, takes a more diplomatic approach in most cases, but deep down inside is the same James we all love and like to read about. Also, the author gave a lot of hints about the Galactic principles of commerce / technology sharing and how they can be manipulated, something I really hope to read more about in his next books.
