This book is perfect for anyone working in the NICU. I just started working in the NICU and this book is extremely helpful!! It helps me to grasp new concepts that I have never heard before. This book breaks down conditions into to categories that make them easy to understand (pathophysiology, etiology, risk factors, treatment, labs to draw and interpretation). Great purchase!! It is an excellent resource.
